Ongoing remote support during prescribed business hours (10am-7pm Eastern Time). Limited to no more than 5 remote control support sessions per month. Unlimited text, chat, and email support. Limited managed services included, such as Windows updates, basic Microsoft 365 administration, and remote monitoring of systems health (PC & Mac). Membership to Microsoft Teams support team for immediate response. No onsite services, no hardware services, no network, wireless, IoT, or servers included under this agreement. Security options available.
